Payment and Shipping

What are your payment and tax options?

  • We allow both debit/credit cards and Paypal. 

  • Our prices are all in GBP and VAT inclusive. There are no added taxes added within the UK.

  • If there are any issues with payment, you may try to shop through our eBay/Amazon shops if it is more convenient. However, we also ask you to contact Support@BrattyDecora.com to report this, especially if this is in relation to a voucher as we can only guarantee we will be able to accept these on our website directly.

How does shipping work?

  • We are based in the UK and our shipping is free within the UK. Most items will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail and should arrive in 2-3 working days. For some items, we utilize Drop Shipping, in which case there may be a small disparity and may arrive separately.

  • To find out more about delivery time for an item you have already ordered, please contact Support@BrattyDecora.com

What if it hasn’t arrived in the allotted time?

  • Royal Mail has a Tracking Service so it is possible to request a tracking number if this has not been offered already. 

  • Please email Support@BrattyDecora.com If you are concerned about your order or if it has not arrived within 10 working days so that we may assist you and reset the return policy accordingly.

I don’t live in the UK but I want to order this item.

  • We really appreciate your support! It is most likely that similar items are sold closer to your location or who do ship worldwide. We do not offer this service due to shipping time/costs (particularly how that may pertain to returns). We hope we will be able to ship internationally in the future. We want to make sure that the item you receive is not unduly costly. 

  • If you desperately want us to send you an item, please Contact Us, email HihiBrattyDesu@BrattyDecora.com or drop us a line on social media and we will discuss potential shipping and return costs to you and see if we can arrange something.

What is your return policy?

  • We have a 14-day return policy across all items in store so long as the items are unused, undamaged, and given back in their original packaging. The return address will be located on the packaging label. You can contact Support@BrattyDecora.com if you lose the address or want more information. The 14 days start on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

  • We often ship within a few hours of an order being made. If we have shipped your order, you must wait for it to arrive in order to return or exchange the item. However, if it is a direct exchange for a variation of the same item or a same-priced item, please contact Support@BrattyDecora.com to see whether we may get the item to you quicker. 

  • In the event of any returns/exchanges, the customer must pay for the shipping cost, with the exceptions where this has been agreed to by the support team. Otherwise, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund price. 

  • In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or there are other serious complaints about the item being faulty upon arrival or otherwise not as described, please contact Support@BrattyDecora.com with photo evidence WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your item so that we can work out the best and quickest response for you.
