Who are you?

We are a small team of husband and wife running a website, working hard to bring more kawaii to the UK. Click here to learn more about us.

Will I have any surprise TAX/VAT fees?

VAT is included in the displayed price. There is no added tax as delivery is to the UK only. For overseas shipping please contact Support@BrattyDecora.com.

How long can I expect to wait to get a response to a message I’ve sent?

As we are a 2-person team, we can only answer messages so quickly. We aim to answer emails within 1-2 working days. We are not online around the clock for instant messages. We will respond to IM at a similar speed to emails. If there is an emergency, it is possible to call the number. If we have limited response because we are away then we shall add a banner to the site. So long as the process is followed we will deal with the issue as quickly as we can.

Are all your items licensed/authentic?

We procure a wide range of products which we feel will appeal to our audience. Some of these will be officially licensed items and will be labeled as such. We make a point of going to great lengths to bring in high-quality authentic Japanese brands for you to enjoy. Sometimes we may have an item in stock that is not official; we will be meticulous in making that distinction clear. If there are any inquiries as to brand authenticity on any item, please contact us, or message HiHiBrattyDesu@BrattyDecora.com.

How do I know what size something is?

We do our best to include measurements of all items. We only include a small number of accessories that require clothing sizes and will mark these clearly on the page. We endeavor to ensure any clothing items sold will offer sizes that fit the average UK size (12-14, or M/L) and at least 1 plus-size option, with any footwear options offering at least up to UK size 8.

An item I wanted has sold out - can I still get it somehow?

As a brand-new store testing out the waters, there may be times where we only have a couple of any item in stock or only one item of each size. We will do our best to make sure that items that sell well or have lots of interaction on social media are restocked. This will not always be possible as many Japanese brands manufacture new items seasonally and regularly. Feel free to Message Us or contact us at HihiBrattyDesu@BrattyDecora.com to enquire about when an item is likely to be back in stock, and we will be able to notify you when it arrives when a similar replacement product is available.

How accurate are the colors in your photos?

We try to capture the color as accurately as possible in our product pictures but these do vary on camera quality and different computer monitors. If you would like advice on how a color looks in real life before purchase please feel free to Message Us or contact HihiBrattyDesu@BrattyDecora.com

I can’t use the website - what gives?

If you are having technical issues with the site please email us at Support@brattydecora.com or Contact Us. It may be more convenient instead of waiting for a response to check our eBay and Amazon in case we are able to provide you with your item through this method instead.

I’d like to close my account. How do I do that?

If you wish to remove your Bratty Decora account you may do so through Account Settings. You may wish to check the Privacy Policy before you leave or Unsubscribe from tracking. For any other issues with your account or vouchers please contact Support@BrattyDecora.com.

I don’t want to receive emails anymore. How do I fix this?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list you may do so through Account Settings. If this fails for some reason contact Support@BrattyDecora.com

Does Bratty Decora accept affiliate inquiries?

As a new and small company, we will look into affiliate offers on a case-by-case basis. Please message BrattyDecora@gmail.com for inquiries and leave a message here to let us know in case the message is moved to spam. Please only apply if you are based primarily in the UK with a decent percentage of your demographic also being UK-based.
